GI JOE ARAH VINTAGE SERIES ITEM INFORMATIONFigures are 100% complete (unless noted) and include all original accessories, file cards and stands (if applicable). The figure in the photo and listing is what will be received. The figure or vehicle will NOT be broken (ex: thumbs or waist pieces). However, we cannot control elbow cracks. We do our best to avoid figures with them but sometimes they happen. We buy collections (large or small) and often from the original owners so we stand by the authenticity of our listings. If we need to add a certain item (accessory or file card) from a collection we purchased then we do from a select few that we have formed a trust with over the last 20 years. ITEM CONDITIONFigures (or vehicles) are listed either as new or used. If it is listed as new then it is unopened. Figures or vehicles that might be removed from its original packaging but still in the plastic blister will be listed as new. This also applies to figures that were in the packaging but removed for listing purposes. A used figure is usually going to be from the vintage era (1980s-1990s) that has been opened and most likely played with over the years. A used figure from the modern era (2000s or newer) will be listed as such if purchased from a collection without any original packaging. SHIPPING INFORMATIONWe will ship worldwide. The items will ship either with USPS within the United States using ground advantage (formerly first class) or priority mail. Items shipped internationally will be done through eBay’s international shipping program. This is the BEST and SAFEST way to ensure the items are received. eBay provides complete tracking and protection for both the buyer and seller using their method. We have NEVER had a package not be delivered using this method. Higher valued items will require a signature. All items are protected for shipment. All figures are inside plastic bags with all of their accessories, stands and file cards. Then they are protected inside a bubble mailer packet. We always ship items using a box for the best protection. However, we might use a padded mailer in certain situations. We are collectors as well and value the care taken for shipment.
