VINTAGE 1996 WETWORKS « DELTA COMMANDER » ULTRA ACTION FIGURE !This is a 1996 Vintage Whilce Portacio’s WETWORKS action figure! This one is the « DELTA COMMANDER » figure that comes with a huge assortment of guns including a Tactical Missile Launcher. This is a really cool Figure, just look at him, he’s awesome. It is 100% original, authentic, new, un-opened, and in good shape! It has shelf wear with some creasing, a price sticker on the front of card, and edge wear. The bubble is still completely sealed, crystal clear, & dent free! So overall it’s in GREAT shape for a figure of its age.
