Background Images: The auction is for the product listed, extras are only to add to the imagination of what you can hope to achieve with your figures. ***The Hangar or the micro figures are not included *** Handling: Shipping speed is one of the great values you purchase grants you. Upon receipt of payment your item will get packed up and will be set to be mailed. For auctions that end early in the morning the item will usually go out the same day, auctions that end later will go out the next day. Typical shipping results end up in the item being received within 4-5 days. Combined Shipping and Shipping Discounts: I do offer combined shipping and shipping discounts. When you win multiple auctions that are ending around the same time I will send an invoice with adjusted shipping costs. If you have already paid I will refund any excess shipping that was charged* (read shipping policy). Shipping Policy: My shipping fees cover the cost to ship your item and the cost of the supplies to send the item. Once the cost of shipping and Supplies are subtracted any extra money is refunded back to the buyer. While this is not always the case sometimes refunds of a few cents to a couple of dollars can be received. Returns: I do accept returns with no issues. The cost to return an item is the buyers to pay and I will refund the money once the product is examined. In the event that there is damage or parts missing that were present when mailed out the buyer will be contacted and in the event there is no resolution eBay will be notified.
