This item is new and untampered with. Both battle claws will go to the buyer. This item is recommended for people aged five years or older. Three 1.5 V AA batteries are required. This item was tested one time because the packaging did not state if batteries were included. This item appears to have batteries and is functioning. It made a sound and lit up.
