Batterys need replaced. They where kept as Rentention Samples. They have a historicly significant place in toys of the late 80s 90s and early 2000s. I obtain these directly thru the landlord of the Trendmasters building who was owed back rent when they went Bankrupt in 2002 and was awarded contents of the building.
