Want to create a custom GI Joe figure with a newer Torso and neck but want to use a older style head that has the larger size ball but need to fit it on a newer style neck. Don’t want to fill the inside with putty or sticky tape well this is just for you. This replacement will allow you to easily swap out the Ball joints with just a little bit of heat or boiling pieces in water. Simply heat up the neck, pull out the smaller ball joint and push the replacement in. Take your older style head and simply push it into the new larger Ball joint and you’re done. These are printed using ABS like resin so they aren’t as brittle at normal resin pieces however they are breakable with enough force applied. For best results, please soak head and neck piece in very hot water before attempting to remove and place each ball joint. I tested multiple times removing and placing part using this method and had no issues with breakage or stressing on the piece.
