These figures are LP for two reasons. 1) they do not have all the parts (Robin’s staff, Batarang, etc.) though it does have the original boxes. 2) these toys were in the attic of a Texas home, so there is some heat damage to Batman specifically. The duo has been priced according to these imperfections
