He has a hard plastic cape very similar to that of the micronauts emperor. He shows paint loss on chest and fingers. And other spots his knees are loose but he does stand. He holds position and displays just wonderful.

Joints all bend and hold a pose. Arms/legs held in place with original elastic cord. It’s still fairly tight and he stands unassisted as shown. Since we all have different definitions of « mint », « good » etc.
