The plastic bubble is loose, dented and partially torn from the card. There is a piece of clear tape to help keep the bubble attached. The card is bent, creased, torn, warped, etc.

This item has been re-adhered, the original glue on the blister had failed and at some point in time someone used tape to keep the blister on the card. I removed the tape and re-adhered it. You can see evidence of where the tape once was on the card. I used transparent E6000 flexible adhesive. Thanks for looking!
